About Conference

The Third International Conference on Deep Learning and Visual Artificial Intelligence  (ICDLAI – 2026) is an international forum dedicated to advancing research and innovation in the fields of computational complexity, artificial intelligence, and intelligent algorithms. Building on the success of previous editions of ICDLAI, the conference aims to bring together leading academicians, researchers, scientists, and industry professionals from across the globe to share their latest findings, exchange ideas, and explore emerging trends in computing technologies.

ICDLAI has established itself as a significant platform for presenting high-quality research contributions in areas such as algorithm design, machine learning, deep learning, optimization techniques, data analytics, and theoretical computer science. Previous editions of the conference have successfully showcased cutting-edge research and have been recognized for publishing peer-reviewed proceedings that contribute to global scientific knowledge.

The ICDLAI–2026 conference will be held on 21-22 December 2026 and is expected to feature keynote lectures by distinguished experts, technical paper presentations, panel discussions, and special sessions focusing on emerging technologies. The conference encourages interdisciplinary collaboration and aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by addressing real-world challenges using intelligent computational approaches.

Author Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference. It is required that the manuscript follows the standard Springer camera-ready format. Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email address. Please double-check the paper size in your page setup to make sure you are using the A4 size paper. The paper should not contain page numbers or any special headers or footers.

Regular papers should present novel perspectives within the general scope of the conference. The conference only accepts full manuscripts with minimum 10 pages, and after 10 pages, extra charges INR 750 will be applied per extra page

Authors should submit their papers online. We use Microsoft CMT system for submission of papers and review process. Unregistered authors should first create an account on Microsoft CMT to log on. To avoid last minutes network problems, authors are strongly encouraged to create their Microsoft CMT submission system user accounts (if you do not already have one) and register their submission well in advance of the deadline.
Authors are invited to submit full papers for consideration with a maximum length limit of 10 printed pages including all the figures, references, and appendices. Submission of paper must be original and should not have been previously published or under consideration for publication. All papers will be sent for peer review and the corresponding author will be notified of the outcome of the review process. The selected Research Papers of the conference will be published by Scopus indexed Conference Proceedings. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register for the conference and present their paper in person at the conference. All submissions are to be done electronically through CMT link.

Paper Submission Guidelines

All ICDLAI-2026 presented papers will be send for publication in conference proceedings (Proposal Submitted)

Review Process

By submitting a paper to ICDLAI-2026, the authors agree to the review process and understand that papers undergo a peer-review process. Manuscripts will be reviewed by qualified experts in the field selected by the Conference Committee, who will review the work and—if the submission gets accepted—the authors will have to submit a revised (“camera-ready”) copy.

All papers are reviewed using a double-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscript for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other’s identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscript.
